used this a few times few months with no problem, used to work fast and flawlessly, but now hours after sending BTC, it is stuck for 5 hours with no conversion happening even after BTC transaction was confirmed many times. This was such a nice service, hope it was not an exit scam.

Can anyone tell me though how long the deposit link stays active PLEASE… will this for example stay active for 3days or 24hrs? these are important details that i cannot find anywhere and i cannot find how to contact 24/7 support
Im not associated with the infinity team, but ive used the exchanger quite a bit now, and from what I understand, the transaction is completed and the deposit wallet is cancelled after you it begins the conversion. Ive also only deposited into the wallet ONCE every time I need to exchange though, is that what you mean, you want to make multiple deposits to the link BEFORE exchange begins over a longer period??
what i mean is if i am expecting a payment from someone and send them the address for the exchange will it still be active if the guy takes say 24hrs-3 days later?
Used Infinity twice now. XMR > BTC exchange took 16 minutes and BTC > LTC was 22 minutes. Super easy and rates a little better than where I’ve been using before. This is my go to now.

hey i made an exchange last night around 7hrs ago to the address (bc1qk24s06ntvpwu5774aaqv0l30qeqy33ygcut93g) and it has not been received yet
I have a similar issue, sent couple of hundred € worth of BTC but 12 hours later nothing received from infinity exchange. Sent a much smaller amount later, and that one was processed fast. Dont understand what is happpening.
